  • Requests received after this period will not be eligible for refunds, except in cases where the delay is attributable to exceptional circumstances (to be assessed solely at our discretion).

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for the following:

  1. Customized or personalized products created specifically for the customer.
  2. Products purchased during sales, clearance events, or promotional offers.
  3. Products that are returned without original packaging or missing essential components.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless:
    1. The return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective product.
    2. The product is confirmed as damaged during transit.
  • For company-approved returns (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid issues with lost shipments.

5. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • If approved, return/exchange will be done within 10 days.
  • Refund will credited within 7-10 business days to your bank account.

    All customer transactions and refunds will be processed through our official bank, Union Bank of India. Please ensure that all refund-related communications and payments correspond with this bank for accuracy and security.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refund processing will be initiated within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies.

6. Condition of Products for Refund

For a refund request to be approved, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • It must include all accompanying items, such as tags, labels, manuals, and accessories.
  • Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage will not qualify for refunds.

Refunds or returns sent without prior approval and supporting documentation may be rejected.

8. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is delivered in a damaged or defective state:

    • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product, including its packaging.
    • Order details, such as the order number and delivery date.

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  1. If the returned product is not in its original condition but has minor damage that does not affect resale value.
