Step 1 Warm a few drops between your fingertips before applying
Step 2 Massage gently onto chest and upper back with slow, circular motions
Step 3 Apply to the soles of the feet and cover with soft socks for overnight relief
Step 4 For room comfort: add drops to a bowl of warm water placed nearby — not directly beside baby
Step 5 Use 2 to 3 times daily during congestion. Suitable for 3 months and above.
