1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on www.tanvinaturals.com (“Website”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”), our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy, collectively referred to as the “Agreement”.

If you do not agree to any part of the Agreement, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use our services and make purchases.
Account Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

3. Product Information & Availability

Accuracy: We strive to display correct product images, descriptions, and pricing; however, typographical errors or variations in screen display may occur.
Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email/phone and either (a) issue a full refund or (b) offer an alternative product of equal value.
Allergen Advice: Natural ingredients may cause reactions in sensitive individuals. Please perform a patch test or consult a healthcare professional before use. Tanvi Naturals is not liable for adverse reactions.

4. Pricing & Payment

Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Price Changes: Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price charged will always be the one displayed at the time of order placement.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, Credit & Debit Cards. Transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we never store card or bank credentials.
Failed Payments: In case of payment failure, no amount will be debited. If your account is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact sales@tanvinaturals.com within 48 hours for a refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Areas: We ship pan-India via Delhivery, India Post, or other reputed couriers.
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days for metro cities; 5–10 business days for non-metro regions.
Delays: While we aim to meet these timelines, Tanvi Naturals is not liable for delays due to acts of God, public holidays, courier disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Return Window: You may return unopened, unused items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnables: Opened or used products, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
Initiating a Return: Email sales@tanvinaturals.com with your order number and reason. We will arrange pickup or provide return instructions.
Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment source.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Post-dispatch cancellations are treated as returns.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the exclusive property of Tanvi Naturals or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
Limited License: You may view, download, and print pages solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, redistribution, or modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. User-Generated Content

Reviews & Submissions: By posting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Tanvi Naturals a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, adapt, and publish such content for promotional purposes.
Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanvi Naturals, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data—arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or purchase of products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tanvi Naturals from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, misuse of the Website, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Arbitration: At Tanvi Naturals’ sole discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of this T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure by Tanvi Naturals to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these T&C at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
