What Can Be Returned
✅ Accepted Reasons (Within 15 Days):
- Received wrong item (different from what you ordered)
- Product is defective (e.g., broken seal, expired, malfunctioning)
- Damaged in transit (visible package damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
❌ Not Accepted:
- Change of mind / Size preferences
- Products without original packaging
- Damage caused after delivery

- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number if approved
- Do NOT ship items back without approval
